Pastor of Discipleship
The Discipleship Pastor is responsible for creating a discipleship culture by providing strategic and pastoral leadership to the adult discipleship ministries of the church. This person should have a heart for helping people take the next step to grow in their faith, connecting people in Christian community, and equipping the church to live out God’s mission in the world. The Discipleship Pastor designs, oversees, and administers spiritual development opportunities by recruiting, training, and empowering leaders to invest in the lives of others.
